Unethical, unorganized, and while giving tours of the house to prospective renters for next year they let them wander freely through our rooms and we've had a problem with people stealing from us- I recently had my ipod stolen. Casa Bonita refuses to take any responsibility for it. They build cheap houses, overcharge rent, and cater to college students who are often renting a house for the first time and they deliberately take advantage of that inexperience.

I have lived with Casa Bonita for 2 years and have not had any problems with them. They have actually been very helpful!

Casa Bonita is the worst rental company imaginable!! Insanely overpriced, incompetent employees, and maintenance men that steal. My rent was $570/month, my next door neighbor in a nicer house not renting from Casa Bonita paid $375. The employees constant lose important information and cannot explain suddenly changing bills. The houses are low quality and two Casa Bonita houses I know of report things 'missing' right after a maintenance trip. Do yourself a big favor and NEVER use this company.

The worst, most unethical, unreasonable real estate agency. Refuse to maintain property in reasonable condition (roof leaking; broken air conditioning, broken appliances, etc.) To obtain payment though refusing to repair anything, they resort to threats, harrassment & scare tactics. Attempts to re-rent property are positioned by making promises for repairs which go unfulfilled & attempts to sway young students with offers of free dinners, pizzas, etc. Do not use this agency or anyone connected with it; your student will be misreable.

They are a disorganized and try to take advantage of college students. There are a number of hidden fees that they try to sneak by first time renters. So if you plan on renting from casa bonita, be very careful with what you are signing. However, I strongly suggest that you do not rent from them.

Casa Bonita stole our secuirty deposit. They are the worst. Watch out if you are renting from them. They charge fees and lie to you. They told us the house when we moved out was really good and clean and then charged close to $575 for cleaning. When we moved in, it was dirty and the carpet was filthy. Don't rent from them. They will rip you off!!

DON'T RENT FROM CASA BONITA!!! within the first month of moving in we had RAW SEWAGE overflow from our toilets and showers. we had to stay at a hotel while they cleaned up who knows what from our kitchen and bedrooms! we paid a large sum of money before moving in for them to check the plumbing and appliances but they claimed not to know anything about the problem. funny thing though, we had contact with the people who lived in the house before us, AND the people before that, who had written numerous complaints about the plumbing! they charge WAY to much for rent and their horrible services. they may come off as nice, but their business is the most unprofessional i've ever had to deal with. in addition, i'm in the process of TRYING to get our security deposit back but they keep making it out to people i've told them were studying abroad and mailing it the the house we JUST MOVED OUT OF. hello! we don't live there anymore! they have my name and address.. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY! DON'T DO IT!
