the paper work showed that she had only put about 4,000 miles and not 9,000 big difference when I came back in and confronted them about it their story changed completely different then they looked at the car again said that it didn?t need an alignment and that there was something else wrong and they didn?t know what and said I need to figure it out on my own? Very unhappy and even worse they tried to scam me they changed the odometer reading in their computer and then tried to sell me another alignment on top of it very bad way to run a business.

My wife took her car in about 2 months ago to get an alignment done and shortly there after she noticed her car was pulling real bad and when she said something to me I went to take a look and her tire was noticeably leaning and completely wore the inside of the tire bald (tires have about 5 months use on them great tires purchased at discount tire were they have great service but dont do alignments.) I took the car back to them and had them take a look at it the checked the mileage on the car then went and pulled it up on the computer and was typing something and said sorry the car is out of warranty (they carry a 6 month or 6,000 mile warranty.) Said there was over 9,000 miles been put on it, I was really socked and he proceeded to tell me it was going to be like $79 for them to do another alignment I was frustrated but was going to pay until I found the paper work when she had it done and the mileage that he showed me on the computer did not match the mileage on the paper work
