      Bill was willing to scan and road test my car with me . then we discussed my options . He told me why the transmission wasn't shifting ,how exspencive it could be. I told him my finacial situation and could'nt afford to fix it.He explained how I could drive my car on a limited basis until I repaired or replaced my car. He saved my life!
