Usually being so defensive means your guilty of something or you feel that it gives you power to yell at a woman half your age,I feel it was both. Either way I was calm until i was done putting up with his abusive ways and I walked out of the office, on my way out I stated that this might be the South side, but you have no respect and as I walked away all I can hear is him running his mouth.And to top it off he came running out to the parking lot while I was about to drive off the property trying to wave me down and get in my way as if I was going to participate any further in his power play,I kept my window up and turned my wheel avoiding to hit him. I wanted was results, a tranny fluid change because it was told to me that the fluids were changed when I went to sign the paperwork and give them my down payment.It would have been nice to get my plate to, the sole reason of why i went there in the first place because if i didn't get pulled over for it then i would have not thought about it and they surely they wouldn't have called me.
