Seattle account in AZ for 4 months. Part of plastic face mask broke.Tried to call 2 local AZ numbers transferred to some central telephone system.Spoke to 4 different spots provided- ID info zip code birthday EACH TIME.I am only 15 mins from Tucson office NEVER COULD GET LOCAL NUMBER so I could pickup broken part. NEVER ABLE TO PLACE AN MAIL ORDER.

Horrible customer service. They never contacted me to set up a refill schedule for my oxygen tank, and when the tank was delivered the driver told me it was covered by my insurance. Then, with no phone call, no mail, no contact at all, they hit my credit card for $300!!! I'll do without the oxygen before I deal with these idiots any more.

I wish there were a way to not give them a star at all. I have been with them for years and they have yet to get anything right. The latest is that they have missed three deliveries and since we are talking oxygen and breathing, that is a serious fault. I called to try to schedule another delivery and ended up in a call center with a guy who had such a severe accent I could not understand him. Finally, he put me on hold to transfer me and never came back. After a few minutes the line went dead. I am here with equipment that is malfunctioning and I can't reach anyone at Apria to help me. I thought they could not get any worse, but they sure found a way with this call center! I have empty oxygen cylinders all over my porch and I can't get anyone to pick them up. They are no good to me empty. Avoid getting assigned to this company any way you can and don't let a loved one who needs oxygen rely on Apria !!!

I've been a client for 8 months now with Apria. Starting my eq rental thru BCBS was delayed 2x's by Apria. Final 3rd attempt again, wrong equipment,. They went ahead with rental given it was stll incorrect eq. Billing has been a constant fun experence, many phone calls to my insurance and Apria in three different citys, stll unresolved. Apria could of called my Insurance Co.to assist but did not. It was up to me, every painfull contact. I also tried to swap out the gear since it beeped with error codes . I was told by a rude woman, "we will put you on a waiting list for home repair service, but our tech may not have the eq you need when her arrives". What????I rented the same eq. and more thru Walgreens for years with out a major issue. Walgreens were alway willing to come out to our home. (I am quite ill, and driving is dangerous).Im returning the eq to apria, I give up. Wish your luck is better than mine was.

I am a health care provier and was referred to Apria for my personal home care needs. I faxed them an order from my physician on 3 occasions and they said they never received it. I found them incompetent, notified my insurance company and I will not refer my patients there.
