Great overall experience. Dr. Kassman is very knowledgable and good at what he does, probably the best in Tucson. Everyone here is very professional, courteous, positive and knowledgable. Clean office and there is always something festive going on, like the pumpkin contest.Would highly recommend.

Dr. Kassman and everyone in his office is amazing. We've been going to his office for many years with each of our children and would never consider going anywhere else. Desiree always greets us by name with a smile, and the kindness and professionalism continue with each person we see. Our kids love going to their appointments, the atmosphere is always fun and upbeat.

We missed our appointment due to work related issues. I called Desiree as soon as I could to apologize and see if we could still come in 30 minutes late or reschedule. As usual, she was so understanding and helpful in setting up a new appointment to accommodate us. We sincerely appreciate the entire staff at Dr. Kassman's office, always caring and willing to do whatever it takes to serve the needs of patients and their families!

I never mind waiting for my sister while she has her bands and wires changed. I LOVE playing in the basketball pit! Thank you also for the goldfish and juice boxes. I am looking forward to getting my braces this month!

I love picking the colors for my bands! And I love that my power toothbrush that you all gave me has a "gentle" option for when my teeth are sore after the wires are changed. P.S. The donut holes were yummy!

Really great visits. The office staff is wildly friendly and efficient. Dr. Kassman is first-rate: attentive to detail, and always willing to take the time to explain. I seriously question his adoration of the Mets, but otherwise the decor is welcoming.
