Horrible experience! Thom wadlund was rude & abrupt and because it was late on Friday it seems like he couldn't wait to get out of there and did not want to help.

It's going to take 4 days before I can even see an adjuster. Progressive Insurance on the other hand has Drive in claims and will handle the entire claims process with a check in hand usually within an hour or two.

After this I'm changing insurance companies and I will never deal with amfam or Thom wadlund again.
