All Dry Roofing did a great job of recoating my flat guest house roof with white elastomeric roofing material. They were careful, timed their work well around other workers at our home at the time and came back and did some touch up when we asked. They promptly went next door and gave my neighbor a bid when asked as well. We liked their work a lot and plan to hire them to recoat the roof of our main house later this year.

They did a great job on the roof as far as I know, never went up to look, and they are a friendly team. But a skylight they installed was not positioned in the right place. The owner promised he would re--do it, but was very busy, and it has been a year now. Don't expect messages to be relayed to the owner either. He claimed he did not get my messages. I will take my loss and pay someone else to redo the job.

In contrast to the other reviewer, I had a good experience with All-Dry. They coordinated with other workmen, and had a well organized team that worked fast and professionally. The manager even came back to finish touch-up painting the day after I thought the job was done. Roofing is a messy business, but they took care to drape flowers and shrubs, to pick up nails, and to protect my property. KL

The performance of this roofer was very disappointing. The estimate was a third more than others, but we chose him on the recommendation of a contractor friend. This was the first time our friend was very wrong. The coordination with our heating and cooling installers was very hap hazard. Before caulking around the duct work occurred, serious leaks and stains on the ceiling resulted from rains. The yard was full of trash and tarps, and it has taken months to pick up all the refuse and nails. Without notice, the coating truck appeared several months after the work was complete or so we thought. The delay was not explained. Although more that $9500 dollars were spent, and letters of complaint were sent, never did we hear from the owner with explanations or apologies. Perhaps this roofer can work with contractors, but not private homeowners.
