In this economy, I've had at least four separate HVAC specialist show up or provide their bids. Excellence Air was highly recommended by Direct Buy in Tucson, AZ, but their response for a bid has been over three weeks and certainly no excellent by any means. I would not recommend this company to install any HVAC or do any work in my home, they are always late, fail to return calls within any reasonable time.
