hired them to fix my flat roof over my outdoor patio which was leaking at the scupper. Matthew came out promptly but didn't get it fixed after two tries. After the second try, which involved putting cement up there and the leak continued, I called and he said it would need a few days to dry out after the rain. He said he would absolutely call me in two or three days. It has been 10 days now and he never called. I had to hire a different company that found rotted wood and had to undo all that Matthew had done. I made a huge and costly mistake in hiring them.
