This company was contracted out to set up services and equipment. During installation, the tech stated that he hooked something up and it was complimentary. Later, I received a bill for this complimentary hook-up. This company charged me for something without ever discussing the charges and stated the tech had discussed the charges with my wife (which was a lie). I called the office and they were rude, then I spoke with the owner and he stated that the tech stated that he did discuss the charges and there was nothing he could do about it. I would avoid this company at all cost. This is the same issue I'v heard several times about this company from other people, but i overlooked it. I should have sent this tech away when he showed up to my door.

Other than being on time, the technician did little else right. Left half the job undone, then complained at me, left without connecting one tv to see if working,saying so or getting work order signed, and did not close the outside cable box. Office is no better, "Please Hold!" is common. Six days later someone left msg on my ans machine asking if I still needed a technician to come. Called back & got supervisor who was too busy talking to several other people to talk to me. He never called me back either. Today I called to get a name to send a letter to, I was told address it to Mark and Sergio, asked if that was what I should put on the outside of envelope, Stacy told me "Sure". I was sent to someone else to get last names, apparently co-owners. Asked who president was, they don't know, asked if it was incorporated, they don't know. Told to send my letter "quick", as they are moving and don't know new address. Would they not forward their mail? Personnel generally inept and rude.
