I was very happy with the services I received today. I was in and out of the facility. Great customer service, and everybody was friendly including the doctor herself. Special thanks to Ms. Teresa C. for taking good care of me. She really made my day. Keep up the good work.

I called to see if they accept my insurance and to schedule an appointment. The first lady who initially took the call knew absolutely NOTHING about NOTHING, I then asked if their was anyone available that could possibly answer a few important questions I had, she put someone else on the line who was very "nice nasty" & rushed with me. Not to mention her attitude was just unacceptable !!!! She acted as if I was bothering her. Needless to say, I cancelled & made an appointment with another provider whom had way better mannerisms & professionalism. Good luck to anyone who go to these people !!! If you can't show great customer service to a new customer on the phone, I would hate to see how you treat people in person !!!!!
