Avoid this place like the plague! These people are nothing but liars and crooks.
I bought a fridge from the Sears Outlet website back in June. When it arrived it wasn't in the condition it was described as. The listing said *scratches* on the front, side, and top. This unit has several significant dents too. I didn't feel like it was worth the hassle to complain, so I accepted delivery. Later when stocking the fridge, we realized there was a shelf, a rack in the fridge door, freezer drawer, and a wine chiller missing from inside.

I called the Sears Outlet 1-800 number, but they said all they could offer was a $50 refund and I would have to call the Tucker store for anything else. The Tucker store's phone would mysteriously disconnect after a few minutes of ringing, or I'd eventually give up after it rang for 10-15 minutes. When I last checked my call records, I had 17 attempted calls to this place (not including 2 calls to the 1-800 number where they attempted to call Tucker for me).
Once I finally got through the next day and described the issues, I was told I should be happy with the deal I got and that sometimes pieces go missing. I told them I did not receive what was advertised, so they said "OK, so we'll come pick it up". They took my info, then put me on hold. I'm pretty sure they overheard me telling my wife how they had no interest in fixing the issue and were just going to come pick it up because when the guy came back, he offered to replace the parts and send a refund (I forget if it was $50 or $75). I said that would be perfect, and they said I would have the parts within 2 weeks.

3 weeks later - still no parts or refund. After several attempts to call, I got through to the same guy. He remembered the parts but didn't remember offering a refund (of course not!). He took my info again, assured me the parts would be here within 2 weeks, and that I would receive an email within a few days confirming everything.

2 weeks after that call - still no parts, refund, or the email that was promised. I attempted to call the Tucker store several more times and once again the phone would ring a few minutes and then get disconnected. I called the 1-800 number again and told the rep I was tired of playing games and chasing after them, and I wanted them to come pick up their fridge as was originally offered. The rep tried saying I couldn't return it because it was past their 30 day return policy. I told here I really didn't care what the policy was when I had been trying to get this resolved since the day after the fridge was delivered. She said I would have to get it resolved with the local Tucker store and that she could get them on the phone for me. I laughed and wished her luck. She put me on hold for 15 minutes, then came back and said she couldn't get through either. She said she would email the district manager as well as the regional manager and someone should be reaching out to me within 24 hours. I told her I was done chasing after people and if I didn't hear from anyone then I would be filing a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. This was on a Friday, so the following Monday afternoon at 5PM I filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

12 days since the chargeback, I still have had no communication from the store and no replacement parts have arrived (not that I expect them to at this point). You would think at some point they would call to come pick up their fridge.

Awful customer service

I will never have anything to do with this place again !!! Customer service stinks & not willing to help me with a vacuum cleaner that needed repaired under warranty. They wanted to charge over $80 for this repair. The 2 ladies I talked to today had the worst attitude I EVER had to deal with! I would not recommend anyone have an appliance fixed there.
