They burned my food and the manager who wasnt there when the incident happened tried to brush everything under the rug. Her rude employee was the most disrespectul person i have ever met... He refused to make another sandwich for me as directed by his manager. They remade the sandwich the next day but the manager got mad because of the review i made which was the truth!! The chef has a dirty bandage on his finger nd shouldnt be in the back making food!!! Im disappointed because her staff does what they want and she tries to be their friend instead of being the authority!!! I wont return and so far neither will at least 30 people...

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if they ever get your order wrong or not to your liking they will argue with you rather than satisfy the customer... Will never patronize this place again....

I was so impassioned by the horrible review that I had to respond. No restaurant experience is ever perfect except for at a Michelin 3 Star restaurant, and I believe at this time that there are no Georgia restaurants that have achieved that high level of service and culinary artistry. Fork in the Road exists in a price range for the rest of us. I live for a tasty lunch option that is fairly priced. I would highly recommend trying Fork in the Road because the following:

1. The menu selection is diverse

2. The wait staff can be a little slow at times, but they are always very friendly.

3. The food is always tasty and hot.

4. The portions are a great value for the money.

In summary, mistakes happen. I have little respect for anyone who cannot accept the occasional mess-up that accompanies an apology. All I can say is that the previously posted unfair review has only inspired me and several of my co-workers to patronage this establishment even more.

Great! ( When they're good--but sometimes not)

This is a locally owned and managed restaurant and the owner knows how to cook up some delicious chicken, fish, and sauces. They've worked hard to make the physical space inviting, and they play fun Motown tunes in the background. The food is always good, and USUALLY the service is too. However, I've been there when someone was yelling loudly at the staff from the kitchen, and other times we've have had to wait a long time to be waited on. They try hard but sometimes fall a wee bit short of professionalism. But overall, I love the place and hope they will succeed and be around to serve this neighborhood for a long time.

If you happen to hit them on a bad night, give them another shot and they might win you back.

Tips: The steamed broccoli is absolutely delicious. I'm not a fan of the chili. The salmon and the chicken tenders are awesome. At least 20 different sauces to try. I've tried them all and they are all good.

I was a HUGE fan of this establishment until today. I have spent about $150 with this establishment since discovering it about 3 months ago. I've introduced several people to it and spoke very well of this establishment - that is until TODAY!

I placed an order and something was left off the order. Since one of my coworkers picked up the order for me I didn't realize the missing item until she brought the food back. When I called the restaurant and explained this to them the girl at the counters stated that the fries were there and that I could come by and pick them up. I explained to her that I was in an all day meeting and could not leave and either wanted someone to drop them off or refund me back my money. She stated that I had to be there with the card to get the refund. I had to excuse myself from the meeting, drive down to the restaurant and wait 20 minutes while they figured out how to give me a refund on my card. Let me not forget that I called before I left to go up there and was placed on hold for about 4 minutes. The manager never came out of hiding to apologize to me or offer any reassurances. That to me is BAD BUSINESS. I would strongly encourage customer service training to all of their customer facing employees - including their manager.

Needless to say I am never going back to this restaurant. They had a good customer and now they've lost her.
