Provided by YPmobileThe funeral is fine but getting death certificates in a timely manner is a joke. We had to call after 2 weeks to get them ourselves. Paid the funeral home for them. The lack of follow up is appalling. Mom and Dad died within months of each other. Thought maybe the moms was a reasonable hiccup. After not getting Dads i now know better. After you pay them and the funeral is over so is the customer service. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You don't need the added headache of tracking down and waiting on the death certificates. This is the only way to collect life insurance and to close accounts and other business. Twice is not an accident but nothing more than poor customer service. I'd go somewhere else. Follow up is lacking and unreasonable.

Provided by YP.comThis location has made a bad time in my families life even worse. I wouldn't use them ever again. Now I have to be concerned if they have given away my mothers (who pasted away in Oct) or my personal information. They also took money for services and haven't to date provided either of the services. All I can say is run away from this funeral home. Try any other funeral home but this one. x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x
