Ordered arrangements for delivery on Valentines Day for my wife. I tried to get a time frame and I even offered to pick it up.m myself. I was advised that I couldn’t pick it up and the residential delivery started at 3pm.
At about 5 I called to check the status they advise me they didn’t know but the delivery was out. They tell me to have my wife stay home until it gets there. So let’s just say this runied our Vday! We missed our reserversations for both dinner and a movie. This was almost $200 and today I call them and they say “oh yea we didn’t deliver it”
Well ma’am NOW can I pick it up. She tells me I can 2 hours later I come and MY ORDER IS STILL NOT READY!!
Horrible we always order or just come to the store & pick up arrangements. This is unacceptable & unprofessional. I wasn’t offered a discount, coupons, etc.
I can’t cxl it because now my wife may think it was a big lie having her stay in the house all Day and Night on Valentines Day!
Bad service, no one called to say anything
