Caring Hands United offers a range of private, in-home care services. Founded in 1997, it provides assistance with the activities of daily living, such as feeding, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation and light housekeeping. Caring Hands United also offers medical appointment scheduling, laundry, prenatal case management, children intervention and pediatrics services. It operates the Community Care Service Program, which provides alternative living and personal support services for senior citizens. Caring Hands United participates in Medicaid and other private in insurance plans. It is a member of the Better Business Bureau, as well as offers respite care services. Caring Hands United also participates in the Independent Care Waiver Program.
