3CM Stone in Tualatin,Oregon provided us with the worst experience in our lifetimes. My husband has built two homes before and knows a bit about the process. They did not do a good job of communication along the way and broke one of our slabs only to insist we take a poorly chosen substitute of a slab. We finally got through the anger and threats from that when they installed our shower bench seat at complete level angle so the water pools in the corner of our shower. Our downstairs bath wherein we have a bench as well, the tile setters knew to place added motar to create a slight tilt to the bench to avoid this issue. They insist that the problems stem from our design which we seen numerous times in mags and home design shows and as well as our contractors fault. They fought with our contractor and have yelled and used profanitites at us since we told them we were unhappy.
