Mr. Payne has been of great service to those of us needing transportation to or from the airport. He assisted me by transporting me to a doctor's appointment in Greenville, SC and he is, resourceful, patient, thoughtful and of a wonderful character as an individual. I wish that he was my neighbor. He is that kind of man.
