I received as a gift a ring from this store however it was big. I went to the store however they did not carry my size and told me that they would order it in my size and call me; that it would be there the following week. At the end of the following week I called to check on the status since I had not heard anything. They explained that the other local stores did not have it in my size and that they included it with an order they had made. It has been three weeks now and no ring, no form of communication, no answers, I keep getting the run around. I'm returning the ring and re-purchasing it online. Very poor customer service; I will never purchase anything from this store again!!
