Attorney: - Law practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, trusts and estates commercial and residential real estate matters, including closings, land use development, zoning, leasing and real estate related litigation, - Experience includes working with building and fire codes on behalf of builders, landlords, tenants, commercial and residential developers. - Represent banks, lenders, borrowers and condominium associations in title, zoning and foreclosure matters. Also represent municipalities and homeowner associations in varied legal work, including issues concerning property, employment, fire protection, corporate and as general counsel. - Lectured and conducted educational seminars for various organizations in Fairfield County agencies in the Greater Bridgeport area. - Judged participants in area moot court competitions, including local high schools, and Connecticut colleges, including Yale University, Quinnipiac College School of Law and Manchester Community College
