Recommended to me by word of mouth, Dan Ungleich did a beautiful job refinishing the wood floors in my old house (c. 1900 original construction date). He provided excellent customer service and good communication throughout the process, did just what he said he would do, and left my home clean after completing the job. FDR Ungleich refinished the floors in our old house (1920 construction). The floors were in terrible shape, with tons of deep gouges, uneven staining, and spilled paint. After FDR Ungleich refinished the floors, they looked absolutely beautiful It was as if they had just been put down. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. For example, the house had old steel radiators and FDR finished the floors all around and under the radiatiors - something the previous tradesmen failed to do. Also, when refinishing the stairs, they rebevelled the edges of each step, making the staircase look like new.Their prices are an amazing deal, as I'm sure the value of the house has increased far more as a result of the refinishing as compared to the cost....somewhat of a rarity regarding home renovations.If you want excellent customer service and amazing craftsmanship, then strongly consider this company.
