Terrible. Work done there needs to be done all over within a year. Several parts bad within months. Don't go.

I have been dealing with Mark Mann for over 16 years. Highest recommendation. Mark is reliable, honest, and reasonably priced...much lower than any dealer where there are at least 3 useless people who YOU pay, one way or the other...service manager, parts manager and sales manager...all of whom produce nothing, IMHO. They do, of course, look nice in their white shirts, ties, and plastic pen-holders in their shirt pocket. Ditto an office staff, noticeably absent at Manns. Thank God! Mann's building is not fancy, but who cares...it's what gets done there that is important, not paying a fortune for a glitzy building, which costs YOU in the long run. Try it...you'll like it!
