staff is very friendly and greets you with a smile everytime. Front staff very helpful. practice has walk in appts in piqua for sick visits from 8-8:30 very accomodating for parents wo have jobs to get to. they always get you in same day for sick appointments as long as you call early. they do schedule out several months for physicals but it is worth the wait. i highly reccomend.

Most of the staff seem competent enough and genuinely care about children. Difficult to get a same day appointment when ill though. Being scheduled with a different practitioner each time is less than ideal--especially when they don't read the child's case history before entering the room. The sheer size of the practice can cause patients to feel like a number instead of a name. Would appreciate a way to contact someone after hours in cases of emergency.
