My experience was confusing and disappointing. I went to Dr. Bentley, after being told by other's I needed totally replacement. After giving me a partial exam (ex rays only). He optimistically, he said he could save my most of my teeth and I would need a upper partial. I was thrilled. It was going to be quick and less money. I never imagined I could save them or knew there was this option. I thought, I found a Angel. I quickly went into find the money mode and quickly called back to get started. That's where things went horribly wrong. As part of my treatment, he wanted a cleaning of my lowers. I asked when that would take place. They scheduled it , much to my surprise, they did a another exam (probing), Then I met with the Doctor where now he told me, I would now need up and lower partials, now double the dollars and need a periodontist. Keep in mind my first appointment was mid Sept. The second was Nov 1st. He suggested one that he knew already looked at my teeth 3 years ago. I refused. Only to found out this Dentist was needed for consult and could veto everything they would have already started. I wasted my time and I am back where I started, Dr. Bentley doesn't listen when you talk to him and I believe out on a money grab. Had he cared he would have sent me to a periodontist first and not wasted my time. Dr. Bentley sends out a Dear John letter saying he can't achieve, my expectations. I had no expectations, except to be told the truth. They made serious mistakes and refuse to own it. Get a second opinion and make sure you ask questions, they were ready to extract my teeth and they didn't do the proper examination. Lucky for me, I kept asking more questions.

Dr. Bentley & Dr. Stevens & the staff at this office are terrific! My family & I receive outstanding care. Anyone looking for a dental office in the Miami County area should DEFINITELY go to THIS office! I have referred several people there & everyone has been very happy. You WON'T be disappointed!
