My experience was fair. I went in here one time to purchase a phone for my daughter and I really have no knowledge on prepaid and the man working didn't really seem to have any either. I did end up purchasing a phone only because they activated it for me right then and there and I didn't have to call and activate it myself but I later found out that I could have gotten the phone cheaper elsewhere. I guess thats just what you get for shopping in downtown troy.

Terrible service, phones are more expensive then any other Boost store, the guy doesnt speak English and can barely understand what your asking for its terrible to try to explain any issues to them and they really dont care. NEVER GO THERE worst experience ever!!!
