I have never left a bad review ever....but after the awful experience my family just witnessed at the Troy Mo location. I feel I have to speak up. My family just sat in line for 15 minutes and listened to a manager YELL and degrade her employees before we walked out in anger. As a leader and administrator in a large company, I can tell you that yelling and degrading employees is not how to motivate and get good service from them. I felt so bad for them. It took all I had not to tell this lady how awful of a person she was. I certainly hope this gets to the correct people and can be handled appropriately. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Rude and not friendly at the drive thru and was accused of yelling because I spoke up since I am a deaf person and was dismissed by the manager from buying my purchase. I spend well over $20 a week here just for coffee and will now take my business elsewhere. These people have consistently shown me they don't care about their jobs or even appealing to make their customers happy. 😡

The whole point of a drive thru is faster service , which this one is lacking . First I wait 10 min to place my order for a family of 5 and I mistakingly call a chicken strip kid meal a chicken nugget kid meal. Omg then instead of just going on with the rest of my order a manager comes and gives me a 4 min speech about how they are strips not nuggets yadda yadda so I try and cut him off by saying you get the point of what I'm trying to order and im n a hurry and he keeps going !!! When we finally get to window a girl takes my money and I tell her what condiments I need . Then she hands me my food All of it in one bag ..really ? So I say you put 4 sandwiches a 'chicken strips' and 5 fries in one med sized bag ? Guess what she said ..... I didn't bag it .... Ugh .. I dnt know what it is lately but seriously fast food service is extremely lacking .. If I'm going to spend $30 of my hard earned money I want it right not smashed with a lecture of " proper ordering etiquette " ...
