I do not recommend Kimberly Tomko! I do not feel she did a good job on my case. Nothing she said in the consultation ended up being accurate, each time I talked to her I got a different answer about my case, it was drug on way longer the she said it would be causing more attorney fees and court fees and she went to court to ask that the other party pays my attorney fees (which was a stipulation outlined in my divorce decree and I had to push for her to pursue this) and didn't even know the correct amount of my attorney fees. She told the judge I had paid her way less then I actually had paid her so she went to court unprepared. When I brought this to her attention she blamed her secretary. Not very professional at all! I went with a contempt case looking for reimbursement from my ex for money I paid out and she charged me more then I even got back so it was an awful waste of time and money. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was represented by Kimberly Tomko.
