I have been a customer of Lawrence Plumbing for about 20 years. The owner, Larry Bell, is a neighborhood favorite and came highly recommended for his professionalism and honesty. I was having a problem with my sewer drain and I didn't logically understand why a two year old house would have failing plumbing. Turns out the contractor installed it incorrectly and the drain had sunk and wasn't diverting waste properly. In the end I needed to have a new drain installed properly to correct the problem. The original plumber was gong to charge us $1100 more and tear up our side yard. Larry gave us a more palatable quote and found an effective way to fix the problem and save the yard and professional landscaping. I was very happy and have been a customer ever since. There are many reasons to go with Lawrence Plumbing. Great people who are honest, always willing to discuss the problem and its solution, and fast, dependable service that is a huge plus.
I had a pipe that was corroded under my family room floor. Larry from Lawrence Plumbing was awesome! Not only was he 100% right on what the issue was( I was t sure at the time) He was extremely prompt on fixing the problem. The job was superb! I highly recommend Lawrence plumbing to anyone. Honest and extremely competent! Not only that he came in $600 lower that another company that I wasn't sure I had faith in. I would call them back for any ofMy Plumbing needs!

Larry Bell of Lawrence Plumbing just completed replacing my sump pump drain from the exterior of my Troy house to the storm drain at the back of my lot. He not only did a superb job but was also $300 under the lowest of the three quotes I received. I've learned that Larry is very well respected by the Troy City Inspectors for doing excellent quality work. Not only that he guarantees his jobs for life. I nearly made a big mistake by using the local Roto-Rooter people who insisted I was responsible for posting the necessary $1,000 that is returnable if the Inspection Dept approves their work. If they don't approve the job, I would remain liable to have the job redone at my expense. I learned that 99% of Contractors (plumbing, electrical, etc) always post the bond using their own money.I could not recommend Larry Bell of Lawrence Plumbing more strongly.
