Forte-Belanger Catering is a special events caterer providing off-premises logistical expertise and culinary proficiency. . It is this approach to special events catering that has earned Forte-Belanger a reputation as the caterer of choice for many high profile corporations and Fortune 500 companies. After 14 years of successfully running three restaurants, John Forte decided to expand and pursue the Off Premises catering market and purchased Belanger House Catering in 1986. The business became so successful that they sold their restaurants and dedicated their efforts solely to catering. Seventeen years and two expansions later the Forte s made their third and most recent move into a newly renovated, 8500 square foot state of the art commissary in Troy, Mich., to accommodate the company s continued growth.
