I just recently found some jewlery that I was not wearing and turned it in for cash. Mike was very helpful. I find this jewelry store to be excellent in all that they do - from their honesty to creativity. If you can't find what you are looking for, they will make it. They are all very friendly and professional.
I had found some old jewelry while cleaning out my garage. I haven't worn this stuff in about 10 years so I figured get some cash for it. I took it in and they analyzed it and it turned out it was worth some good money. A lot more than what those "Cash for Gold" places were offering. Not to mention they were very nice to talk with and helpful all around. If my stars don't say it I will. These guys are Great!!! I will be seeing you in the Future.
On my first visit they were really nice and even fixed my bracelet I brought in for free. They were also very friendly and made it really easy for me to say I would come back. I would recommend them to anyone.
This is my second time purchasing jewelry at Bongiorno. It has always been a great experience! The entire staff (family) is extremely helpful and talented! A much more personal experience than those big chain stores. I will definitely be using Bongiorno for all my jewelry needs from now on.

I discovered Bongiorno a few years ago...and I'm glad I did. They have a very nice variety of interesting jewelry (not the same old thing you'll find in department stores); my wife has really enjoyed gifts from here.
They also do repairs...salvaging my textured wedding ring from the damage another jeweler did with a buffing wheel.

I serendipitously found Alexander J. Bongiorno jewelers while on my lunch hour. Located near my office, I was merely looking for a quick appraisal for the diamond that was lost from my wedding ring. What I walked away with was much more than an appraisal - a beautiful ring that I was able to select in a no-pressure environment. The excellent customer service and personal touch that Julie and Alexia provided me with made me feel so comfortable. I visited 4 or 5 times before making my final selection and there was never any pressure. They really listen to what you are looking for and try to meet your every need. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for not only beautifully designed jewelry, but also a one-on-one personal shopping experience in a stress-free environment!

What a rare experience in today's world! This second generation, family-owned business creates one-of-a-kind jewelry that is only matched by the one-of-a-kind personal service. With a year or two between my visits to the store for modest purchases, I certainly do not expect multiple family members to greet me at the door, remember my name and have a detailed record of my and my wife's tastes in jewelry. I just bought an engagement ring at Bongiorno, and I couldn't be happier. When I came in, I had an idea of what I wanted, but wasn't sure. Alexandria and Julie spent over an hour with me, showing me different gems, diamonds, and rings, until we found a combination that was doable.
They then placed the order for me. My deadline to have the ring was tight, but Julie and Alexandria got right on it. I wanted the ring by Friday, and was able to pick it up on Thursday evening. It was quick, beautiful, and fit into my budget.
Overall, I had an amazing experience with Bongiorno.
The Bongiorno staff treats each customer as if he or she is the most-important person who's ever passed through their doors. Whether I've come in to select my engagement diamond or simply to have a watch band adjusted, I receive their same full, friendly, unhurried attention.
I'm always confident that Bongiorno merchandise is of the highest quality. I never, ever see any of the obviously low-quality items that I so often spot in other "high-end" jewelry stores, yet the Bongiornos always help me find beautiful gifts for family or friends regardless of my price range.
Another special highlight: The staff has a gift for noticing and remembering which items a visitor happens to admire, making it very easy for a spouse to come in later -- even months later -- and miraculously purchase exactly what you wanted!
I found Alexander Bongiorno's Jeweler while in search of aTroll Bead Retailer. I was definitely pleased with the person who spoke to me on the phone. I am hooked now on the Troll Beads. Everytime i go into browse and possibly pick up one bead, I end up leaving with at least 2 or 3. I recommend Alaexander Bongiorno' s to all of my friends. They have definitely made me feel as though I am part of the family. I look forward to a lasting relationship with this wonderful family. What gems they are!
My cousin introduced me to the Bongiorno family a couple of years ago. They have a beautiful store in Troy and their jewelry is unsurpassed in it's beauty, design, and quality. They are also a Trollbeads dealer...and I am an AVID collector of Trollbeads. I can't imagine a more perfect store in which to take care of all of your jewelry needs. Alexia, Julie, David, and Michael seem like family to me....and I live quite a few states away! A visit to Alexander J. Bongiorno Creative Jeweler....is like walking into a delightful museum of wonderful treasures!

Bongiorno Jewelers was recommended by a friend whose family has done business with this jeweler for two generations. We were looking to commission a custom set of 14K yellow gold initial cuff links that my godson had always admired, which had been made for a friend of his by Alexander Bongiorno 10 years ago. The process of designing the cuff links and the ultimate execution was confidently handle by Michael Bongiorno. The ultimate result far exceeded our expectations. Very creative, award winning jewelry designers -- family run and operated. You will not be disappointed.
