Bethany Christian School is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Troy, located in Troy, Mich. The school offers educational and extracurricular programs for children from grades kindergarten through 12 and conducts a wide variety of seminars, summer youth camps and church organized retreats. Its extracurricular activities include Knowledge Bowl, Family, junior-senior banquet, senior trips, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts and National Honor Society. The school regularly organizes an array of social events, such as musical concerts, alumni banquet, donkey basketball game and field day. Bethany Christian School s curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, music and arts and crafts. It offers a number of sport options, such as girl and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer, baseball and softball.
