It is now 1:30PM and still no show. This is after we did them a favor of changing a confirmed appointment made online with a 2 hour window. If you want to waste a whole day waiting for service, this is the place to go! Also, try calling them on Saturday....good luck! They need to change their name.

My yard was a mess prior... These guys came out and did a great job! My entire yard is now watered properly and they catered the job for all of our needs... Lots of landscaping going on and they gave me the perfect setup for my grass, shrubs, flower beds, vegetable garden, etc. They were honest, efficient, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Been using Best Irrigation for about 4 years now at my house here in Troy. They do good work and are friendly and reliable.

I have used those guys for about 3 years, every year they raise their prices. My last service with them was 2 months ago to fix a loose water line; the guy came in without even looking at it he asked for 70$ dollars, I refused that and I fix it myself (it took me 10 min) guess what? I received a bill for 35$ for doing nothing. also they schedule 2-3 customers at the same time. I stopped using them and I don't recommend them to anybody.

I have used these guys for several years and would recommend them. They do good work at a reasonable price.
