I had an older dryer that was not heating. The warranty had expired on it and no company wanted to come check on it. I stay out in the country and because of the age of the dryer one company wanted to charge 125 dollars just to come out. Mr Service was the only one who came out for half the price. Because of the make and model of the dryer, the part that had to be changed requires basically taking the whole machine apart. He did that, replaced the bad part and put the dryer back together. He charged me 150 for the whole job. Which was way 25 dollars more than the service chatge of the other company. I will use him again!

Do NOT use these people! I have a brand new washing machine under warranty that I was stood up 2 times for. 1) didn't want to drive in the cold (it was 44 degrees!) 2) didn't want to drive in rain (it wasn't even sprinkling) said he would come when he could. I have been without a washer for over 10 days and it's unacceptable. He was so old that he couldn't even barely talk!

Mr Service quoted $55.00 to look at my fridge and clear drain that was causing water backup. AFTER clearing the drain, the charge was $105.00. AND he huffed and puffed the whole time-I thought I was going to have to help him up off my kitchen floor as he is older than I am. Would not recommend him without quotes in writing first.
