Worst experience & customer service we had at a McDonald's in our life. Friday night at approximately 11:30 pm, the young lady at the window rushed our order, had an attitude, not friendly at all, talking about she was tired & busy but there was nobody in the store & nobody behind us so she continued to rush us with an attitude. Her manager came to the window said nothing no apology. By the time we turned the corner from the drive thru, both her & manager outside smoking cigarettes. So that appeared to be the reason for the rush. Someone please teach them SOME customer service skills!

TERRIBLE. My husband and I ate there today. We had always had good experiences there before until today. My husband got the new spicy chicken bites. While he was eating them he said he started feeling bad and wanted to leave. We threw the rest of them away and before we even left the parking lot he was throwing up. You could tell by the color and consistency that it was the chicken bites. So I went back in to get our money back. The manager told us that unless we still had the food (and not thrown the rest away) she could have given us our money back. So obviously the regurgitated chicken bites in their parking lot was not enough evidence. Not only would they not give us the money back, she had an attitude and told me that they had been selling them all day and not had any complaints. I should have scooped the vomit up and brought it back in there for her to prove that I wasn't trying to get a free meal.

this mcdonalds should have never opened its doors. they are always forgetting things. its like they are never focused. i know mcdonalds can do hell of a lot better. do you guys not re-check the bags to make sure everything is in there? well you should, and until you learn how to get a simple order correct, i'm going to continue to leave negative reviews like this. have a nice day.....
