Dear Mr. Cassell, I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for us. The Board of Directors could not have gotten through this new elevator installation without you and your crew. We could see that you take enormous pride in the work you perform and your professionalism shines through. You certainly went above and beyond our expectations.
