the room was nice but there was dirty hand prints all over the bathroom not to mention the pubic hair not washed out of the tub if I weren't there for work I would have demanded my money back or at the very least a huge discount...

My husband and I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a couple months now due to him working in the area. We checked out yesterday and thank god we do not have to come back. There is not any air conditioning in the hallway areas, when it is 100 degrees outside you can image how hot it is in the hallway inside with any air flow what so ever. I have seen the housekeepers working in this heat with heat exhaustion just to make a penny in this economy. I have walked by the laundry room waiting on an employee to get me fresh towels an heard remarks like tell them to go buy some or wash them their self, is it so much to ask for fresh towels. Its not our (the guests) fault that the hotel does not have enough towels to go around to each room without washing them first. There are days we havent got towels till 5:30-6pm. That is uncalled for when the housekeepers take them out in the morning hours. It seems to me they need more washers and dryers or people working in the laundry.
