I had a sewer plug. Bruce responded immediately. Plumber Bruce is not only responsive, but, professional and competent. He responds promptly, gives thorough assessment and gets the work done. The toilet in the master bath was leaking, then I had a leak in BR #2 going downstairs into my half bath and then the toilet in my half bath was leaking into my basement and then my twenty year old water heater started leaking in my basement!! I'm seriously not making this up! I'm a single mom with BOTH kids in college! Since my last name is not Trump or Winfrey you can imagine how freaked I was at the cost and would I get a service person who would do a good job and also not take my last dollar. Bruce did good work in my house once before so it made sense to hold onto his number and call on him now in this crisis. And he did it again, excellent work! In fact his installation of my new water heater was inspected by my township and they gave the permit without hesitation the inspector said "good real good work" I would definitely call on him again (just hopefully no time soon:)
