This is the worst medical provider I have ever dealt with. I did my homework I asked them if they were in my insurance company's network they confirmed that they were. I had them get a pre-approval for my test from my insurance company with my Doctor, they did. When the test was done Princeton Radiology billed my insurance company, and they paid the in network negotiated rate for the test. Sounds like I should have no problem with them right? Wrong, what Princeton Radiology did after they were paid by my insurance company was balance bill me for the test over $1000.00.How can they bill me for a test my insurance company already compensated them for? They had one of their staff physicians who is not in my insurance companies network read my report that is how. We are currently in dispute with my insurance company and Princeton radiology. They sent my bill to collections, which could potentially cause issues with my credit rating. I would never use them again; from my personal experience with them they do not care about their customers. Just how much more money they can squeeze out of you.

Princeton Radiology is horrible! If you have a problem and need xrays, screening, etc..The quakerbridge location front desk women are rude, ignorant, uneducated and could care less and fearless of displaying such attitudes towards patients who may be facing a fight for their life!

Had to have an CT Scan and I wanted to speak witht he Radiologist and he took the time to talk to me.

Everyone is always very nice - they all go above and beyond what is requirede. I am claustrophobic and Tom was so understanding and helpful. I wouldn't have been able thave these tests if it were not for their compassion and help. They are treuly caring yet professional a definite asset to this practice. I have always had a postive experience. cindy

Mary Ann went above and beyond to try and help me set up my appt. I needed workmans comp claim. She spent approx 45 mins to try and reach someone to get the correct authorization she was so concerned for the patient. She contacted the insurance company and clarified everything and then called me back. I had a great experience and you are very lucky to have her. Thanks Meredith.

I went for my mammography and with great relief new my results before I left. what a great service to offer and the people were great as well.
