I don’t know why they received the OLD bad reviews but I never had problem there. I’ve used them for several years for special lab work and for my yearly blood work which I had done today. If you open them up in the morning except them to be busy but the staff doing the intake at the rush hour handle the barrage of people very well

I waited 50 mins for a drug screen for employment and had to leave. They are very slow. Something needs to be done.

I was there yesterday to do the Drug Screen for my employer. There was this older African American guy he was talking rude to me . That was not professional. I just know if they wamy more ppl to come here they need more nice ppl cuz ppl like him ur service is not good

They are very fast and efficient even when you don't have an appointment.

Customer service is terrible!
