When we ordered after paying some cash as an advance, they were quite nice to talk to. The tent was also delivered in time but they left behind sides which we were not going to use, but they said that in case if it rains, then we don t have to come back to dismantle it and put it up again the next day. It did not rain and we never used the sides of the tent and they charged me for that. After they took it away on Monday, the nightmare started. they charged my card for the full amount ( without deducting the advance we paid) Then they also charged the amount I paid cash to my card. Then they realized and deducted the advance amount. Still they had over withdrawn an access of the amount I paid cash. I called them and then they refused to credit my card. They asked me to come personally and collect the cash. I could not go there for a month due to their timings and my job timings. In all it was a nightmare to get back my advance and square up the accounts. Will never recommend them
