Founded in 1938 in the historic Flatiron building, Griffith Electric Supply Company provides electrical materials and supplies to construction companies, various manufacturing industries, commercial business, governmental subdivisions and homeowners. The company employs nearly 60 people and stocks in excess of 15,000 items from more than 125 manufacturers in its nearly 80,000-square-foot warehouse. Griffith Electric products include switchgear, a full range of lighting products and transformers, wiring devices of all kinds, GFCI products, surge suppressors, motor starters, conduit fittings, ladders, data communications products and a wide array of specialty items. The company maintains a fleet of delivery trucks that service its customers throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Griffith Electric Supply Company is headquartered in Trenton, N.J., and operates branch locations in Somerville, and Windsor, N.J.
