Garden State Youth Correctional Facility a part of the New Jersey Department of Corrections. It has an office of victims of crime that serves troubled people. Its Research and evaluation unit falls under the office of policy and planning. It offers empirical research and program evaluation services to various program divisions and units within the New Jersey Department of Corrections. The New Jersey Department of Corrections contracts with a range of private and nonprofit agencies for the provision of residential community release services for inmates. It is located in Yardville, N.J., and conducts problem solving, anger management and peer tutoring classes for inmates.
