When CPR came to home after fire they were very friendly,professional, concerned and said all the right things to put me at ease ater such a tramatic experience. I was going to cut my losses and just replace everything, which I wish I would have because the work was terrible they brought back my property in worse damage than the fire, things got broken, missing not to mention they didn't even clean soot from so many pieces. They promise to refund me some of my money and it's been months of phone calls still being avoided phone call not being returned. They really ripped me off at a time when I was most vulnerble.Now it looks like I must spend more money with legal actions against them. So think clearly, long and hard whether it's worth it, and if it is use a different company not CPR.
