I have been here 4 times and I am done not going back . To be fair the regular optometry is ok, If they want you to see one of their specialists run don't walk away. You will wait at least 2 hours no matter when your appointment is. Both times I was there every seat was full and the benches in the outer atrium too and this is not a fluke. The receptionist who made the appt told me to bring a snack and a book, can you imagine. But what is most upsetting and why I won't go back is how they treat everyone. You are one of a herd. No one knows anything or explains anything. The second time I was there was to have an eye imaging. They started (after a 45 minute wait, don't get giddy that was only the first part of the wait)with an eye exam and dialation And when I questioned the tech she said I needed it to see the Dr. she could not and didn't explain it was part of the procedure I was to have that day. I am going elsewhere in the future and you would be smart to do so as well
