well, the owner, Neil, threatened to cross state lines with a firearm & murder a young woman in a call center. So there's that.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY! DO NOT go there! The owner Neil and staff are so unprofessional it's unbelievable. As a chronic pain patient who has been on the same types of meds for years I rely on meds to get me through the day. When Rite Aid didn't have my med in stock, I asked Neil if he had it and he said yes. When I brought the script to him he treated me like a drug addict criminal saying he couldn't fill it because I went to Rite Aid first.He said he would have to call my doctor because it didn't sound right and I said GO RIGHT AHEAD! He then said they probably won't call him back until after 5pm. lol. At that point I knew he was purposely giving me a hard time. I said I'll call them too if you want. He then gave me back my script and said "take it in case they tell you to go elsewhere like a ToyrsRus pharmacy." Really? Wow, very professional. Not to mention, he said this out loud in front of customers and employees. I was very patient, nice, and willing to wait or do whatever he asked of me while he verified but I guess he was not expecting my response and lost his cool.I used to get mine and my family's meds filled here. NEVER again. I will not be treated with disrespect and a as a criminal when I have legitimate prescriptions. I never asked to fill anything early. I do not think it is wrong to go to a different pharmacy if one doesn't have it in stock. I don't think I should be disrespected or my character attacked because Neil was having a bad day. Also, there is also a lot of people waiting in a tiny area to get meds filled and there is absolutely NO privacy. I can hear whatever type of med a customer is trying to fill. Alexander's should be ashamed of themselves!!

Very unfriendly staff, and they talk loudly about your private CONFIDENTIAL information, without any regard to the fact that maybe you don't want every single customer in the store to hear about your business, even if they are complete strangers. HIPAA violation, through and through. I would never recommend such a place to anybody. It's so sad because you would think they would be aware of such simple things that are actually AGAINST THE LAW, and would offer a caliber of service surpassing chain pharmacies, but honestly I would much rather go to any chain store than go back here again. This review would be 0 stars if that was possible.

thus pharmacy caught a mistake on my prescription where I was allergic to a medication and might have gotten very ill if I took the drug -THANKS !!

I cannot in good faith recommend Alexander's Twin Pharmacy. I had been going this pharmacy for years. Shame on me. During that time they have made many several mistakes concerning my medications. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I cannot understand why no one at the pharmacy even apologies for their errors. In fact once, they made fun of me. I thought a small, family owned business would be closer to its community. Sadly it is not. They are very rude in person and especially so on the phone.

Awful customer service. Needed fertility medications shipped to my home, they said that they could have it fedexed on Monday. Took a day off work to sign for the meds (plus they need to be refrigerated so it was important I be home for them), but no package came. I called and they said oh, we don't deliver on Mondays, we can send it out on Wednesday though. Great. What a waste of a day. An apology would have been nice, but no such luck. So I waited at home again on Wednesday and still no delivery. Called again to ask what happened, the person on the phone was abrupt and unsympathetic, accused me of not being home for the delivery. Well, I live in a small apartment and there is no way I would miss a knock on the door, I was home the whole time about 10 ft from the door. Basically he said there was nothing he could do, gave me the phone number for FedEx and hung up. Made me feel like it was my fault. Definitely not reliable if you need fertility meds shipped quickly!

The pharmacist is a very nasty and obnoxious man. Thinks, he is smarter than everybody else!
