Horrible internet provider. High rate of packet loss and disconnections. Tech Support's only answer to any complaint is to either blame your equipment or have you run ping's and tracert's that, in the last 3 years, do not improve the situation. Basically, they do nothing but deny there being a problem with their service, or avoid dealing with it by occupying you with fruitless labors.
