My grandson had a DUI in Georgia and we're from Tennessee. Sharon Howell got him out on bond for us and was as sweet and informative as a person could be. Got us answers for all out questions and didn't put us off at all. Even though we ( I ) sometimes have to be repeated and explained too she was very patient and helpful . Oh! if only others would do their jobs as efficiently.
