I find most employers to be fairly knowledgeable and helpful. They are at times stretched a bit thin with not enoughemployees available. The Traverse City store has a nice selection of fabrics as well as a large selection of craft supplies. I am very glad they are in this area. In the last year I've made several purchases in the fabric department, yarn, fine arts, cake decorating,wedding supplies, home decor,paper crafting,jewelry making and the clearance section.I like my Jo-Ann Store!

Usually I receive poor service at this store. Unfriendly and not very knowledgeable, but the only store of its kind in Traverse City. Finally a person who was very helpful and knew what was going on. I was assisted by Angie on September 1st and she made my day. You need to hire more like her.
