I would give Gauthier's a negative star if I could, for shoddy work and surly customer service. The shoe repairer suggested spray painting my heels rather than replacing the worn vinyl - who does that? I have had vinyl replaced at downstate shops plenty of times. Go elsewhere if you can. It's not worth the price they charge.
